Satori Analytics received two Gold awards in the CRM & Digital Marketing and IoT Categories at the 2022 Impact Bite Awards.
It was a beautiful and successful event, organized by BOUSSIAS at the Markou Wine Museum in Palini with over 350 participating projects from various companies in Greece.

Satori Analytics in collaboration with the Digital and CX internal teams of PAPASTRATOS - Philip Morris International proceeded to create innovative and personalized digital experiences for each consumer by leveraging modern cloud, analytics, CX and ML technologies.
As a result of this long-standing partnership, innovative state-of-the-art tools have been and continue to be created and modern customer communication methodologies are designed and implemented. Based on careful planning and demanding implementation, direct contact with consumers is built and maintained and personalized campaigns based on user preferences and habits are created: All in all, a perfectly aligned Omnichannel Customer Experience.
Satori and BIC together, created the “Next BIC Thing” project. A personalized shaving experience for every customer, no matter their skin or hair type. An innovative project that has received international recognition. Using machine learning algorithms, Cloud technologies and IoT devices that support data analysis, BIC managed to create razors that meet the individual needs of each user.
Satori Analytics, in collaboration with BIC, integrated IoT devices in the latter's products, recording multiple parameters during shaving. The use of sensors gathered valuable data, leading to a better understanding of the shaving process and the identification of factors that affect it.
